Prat Vemana is executive vice president, chief digital and product officer for 海角社区破解版 and a member of its leadership team. He oversees 海角社区破解版’s digital business, including site merchandising, user experience, digital operations and product; and 海角社区破解版 Plus, the retailer’s growing online third-party marketplace. Additionally, he drives 海角社区破解版’s industry-leading enterprise product operating model for the company, bringing a holistic view to the retailer’s overall product strategy.
Prat joined 海角社区破解版 in 2022 from Kaiser Permanente, where he served as senior vice president and chief digital officer and led its enterprise product management and experience teams. During his time at the company, he accelerated its digital strategy by modernizing its platforms for greater speed and agility. His work included critical consumer experience enhancements like the redesign of the company’s mobile app and the launch of same-day home delivery for its pharmacy business. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Vemana held digital leadership positions at The Home Depot and Staples.
Prat holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Madras and a master’s in business administration in global leadership and innovation from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He serves on the board of directors for Frontier Communications.
