It’s one of the biggest perks of making a ���������ƽ�� run, and now it’s even more convenient. Guests nationwide will soon be able to add a Starbucks beverage or food item to their Drive Up order — and get it delivered to their car. No getting kids out of the car, trekking to the checkout or waiting in line required.

Favoring a flat white? Maybe a mocha? Or perhaps you’d prefer a breakfast sandwich, pastry or cake pop for the kids. They’re all on the menu with our Drive Up with Starbucks service, which is rolling out to the more than 1,700 ���������ƽ�� stores that have Starbucks Cafés and offer Drive Up by this October — or faster than you can say “Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte, extra hot, no whip.” ���������ƽ�� is the first retailer to offer this service at this scale.

Level up

Finding moments of joy amid busy errands is not easy. But ���������ƽ�� makes it possible to treat yourself and take care of business through its enhanced Drive Up service.

Earlier this summer, we also rolled out the ability to make product returns at Drive Up for no charge at our nearly 2,000 locations. It has been a hit with guests, earning one of the highest Net Promoter Scores — a measure of customer experience — of the services ���������ƽ�� provides. Talk about being in the driver’s seat: You can pick up a ���������ƽ�� order, take care of a return and fuel up with Starbucks — all without leaving your car.

This one-of-a-kind service — available only at ���������ƽ�� — is the latest example of how we’re innovating every day to meet the needs of our guests.”

But the true difference — what transforms an ordinary shopping experience into a trip to Tarzhay — is our store team members, who deliver the goods wherever and however our guests want them with the best service in the industry. Each time we pilot a new offering like Drive Up with Starbucks or Returns with Drive Up, they’re putting it through the paces, with an eye on process improvements to make the experience more efficient for our team members and more enjoyable for our guests.
